Google Play Data Safety
Our data safety position
Google Play treats any data transmitted off the device — including by third-party SDKs — as data collection that must be disclosed. PicToss itself does not send photos or videos to Ten of Clubs Studio, but the app uses SDKs that transmit certain technical data off the device: Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and Firebase Crashlytics.
That is why the PicToss Data Safety section on Google Play says that the app collects and shares some data. The distinction that matters most is this:
PicToss does collect and share limited technical, advertising, purchase, and crash-related data through Google and RevenueCat SDKs. PicToss does not collect or share your photos and videos — the sensitive core content stays on your device.
Security practices
Data is encrypted in transit. PicToss uses standard SDK integrations for Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Google Play Billing, which transmit data over encrypted connections. PicToss has no custom backend and does not send user data over unencrypted transport.
You can request data deletion. PicToss does not create user accounts or store photos and videos on Ten of Clubs Studio servers. You can delete local app data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Step-by-step instructions are on the Delete Your Data page. Data we declare as collected
The following data types are declared in the PicToss Data Safety section on Google Play. None of it is your media library — see section 5 for what never leaves your device.

This data is used for app functionality, analytics, advertising in the free version, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. It is not processed ephemerally, and it is required for the app to work as an ad-supported free app with optional Premium purchases.
Why each data type is declared
Approximate location
PicToss does not ask for location permission and does not read GPS. However, Google AdMob may collect the device IP address, which can be used to estimate the device’s general location for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention in the free version. Premium removes ads.
Purchase history
When you buy Premium, Google Play processes the payment and RevenueCat helps manage purchase status and entitlements — for example, whether your subscription is active or your Lifetime purchase is valid. This involves purchase and subscription status and related transaction information. Ten of Clubs Studio does not receive your full payment card details.
App interactions
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect interactions such as app launches and ad-related taps or video views, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This does not mean PicToss uses Firebase Analytics — it does not. This reflects how the ads SDK works in the free version.
Crash logs and diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash-related data such as stack traces, relevant app state, device metadata, and an installation identifier, so we can find and fix bugs. AdMob may also process diagnostic information. We do not attach photo names, file paths, media metadata, or any personal content to crash reports.
Device or other IDs
Identifiers are needed for ads (advertising ID), crash reporting (Crashlytics installation identifiers), and purchase management (a RevenueCat app user identifier used to verify Premium access). On supported Android versions, the free version uses the Android AD_ID permission, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data we do not collect
The following is not collected or shared, because it never leaves your device through PicToss:
- photos and videos — processing is local; nothing is uploaded to Ten of Clubs Studio, AdMob, RevenueCat, or Crashlytics,
- thumbnails and similar-photo analysis data — generated and kept locally,
- files and documents,
- audio files,
- personal info such as name, email address, home address, phone number, or date of birth — PicToss has no accounts and no login,
- contacts,
- calendar data,
- messages (email, SMS, in-app),
- health and fitness data,
- web browsing history.
Under Google Play’s definitions, “collection” means transmitting data off your device. PicToss accesses your photos and videos locally to do its job — showing, comparing, and deleting files you choose — but local processing is not collection, because the media never leaves your device.

Keeping this page accurate
This page mirrors the Data Safety form we maintain in Google Play Console. If PicToss changes in a way that affects data handling — for example, if we add analytics, accounts, cloud sync, or new SDKs — we will update the Data Safety form, this page, and the Privacy Policy before release, and change the “Last updated” date.
If you ever notice a difference between this page and the Data Safety section shown on Google Play, please tell us at support@tenofclubs.dev so we can correct it.
