The short version
PicToss does not store your photo library on our servers.
PicToss does not have:
- user accounts,
- login profiles,
- cloud sync,
- a Ten of Clubs Studio backend,
- a Ten of Clubs Studio user database,
- server-side photo storage,
- server-side gallery history.
Most PicToss data is stored locally on your device. You can delete local PicToss data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
Some limited information may be processed by third-party services used by PicToss, including Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat.
Data stored locally on your device
PicToss may store small amounts of local data on your Android device to make the app work properly.
This may include:
- app settings,
- selected language,
- swipe decisions,
- items marked as kept,
- items moved to the in-app trash list,
- local review history,
- local Premium state,
- cached thumbnails,
- similar photo analysis data generated on your device,
- simple local statistics, such as storage freed.
This data is stored on your device. It is not sent to Ten of Clubs Studio.
How to delete local PicToss data
You can delete local PicToss data in two main ways.
Option 1 — Clear app data
On Android, you can usually clear app data by going to:
Android Settings → Apps → PicToss → Storage → Clear data
The exact path may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.
Clearing app data may remove:
- local settings,
- local language choice,
- local swipe decisions,
- local trash list information,
- cached thumbnails,
- local review history,
- local statistics,
- locally stored Premium state.
Clearing app data does not cancel an active subscription. If you purchased Premium, you may need to restore purchases after clearing app data.
Option 2 — Uninstall PicToss
You can uninstall PicToss from your Android device.
Uninstalling the app may remove local PicToss data from your device, depending on your Android settings and backup configuration.
Uninstalling PicToss does not cancel an active subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through Google Play.
Deleting photos and videos
PicToss helps you delete photos and videos that you choose to delete.
When you confirm deletion, PicToss uses Android system mechanisms to delete selected files from your device.
Ten of Clubs Studio does not receive copies of deleted files. Ten of Clubs Studio cannot restore files that have been permanently deleted from your device.
Before deleting important photos or videos, we recommend making a backup.
Important cloud backup note
PicToss works with media files available on your Android device.
If you use another service, such as Google Photos, Samsung Cloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, or another backup provider, that service may have its own copies of your photos or videos. PicToss does not control those services.
Deleting a local file through PicToss may not delete a copy that has already been backed up by another service.
If you want to delete cloud copies, check the settings and deletion tools of your cloud backup provider.
Data we do not store on our servers
Ten of Clubs Studio does not store the following PicToss data on company servers:
- your photos,
- your videos,
- your full gallery,
- your local swipe decisions,
- your local trash list,
- your local thumbnails,
- your local similar photo analysis,
- your contacts,
- your private messages,
- your account profile,
- your password,
- your payment card number.
PicToss does not currently have a Ten of Clubs Studio account system, so there is no PicToss account to delete.
Purchase and subscription data
PicToss purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. PicToss also uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status and Premium access.
Purchase-related information may be processed by Google Play and RevenueCat, such as:
- product identifier,
- purchase status,
- subscription status,
- entitlement status,
- purchase token or transaction identifier,
- renewal status,
- expiration status,
- store region,
- app user identifier used for purchase management.
Ten of Clubs Studio does not receive your full payment card details.
To manage or cancel a subscription, use Google Play. Deleting PicToss or clearing app data does not cancel a subscription.
Advertising data
The free version of PicToss may show ads through Google AdMob.
Advertising-related information may be processed by Google according to Google’s own policies and your settings.
This may include information used for:
- ad delivery,
- ad measurement,
- frequency capping,
- fraud prevention,
- personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your choices and region.
Premium removes ads from PicToss.
To manage advertising choices, you can use Android settings, Google account settings, and any consent options shown in the app where applicable.
Crash reporting data
PicToss uses Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify crashes and improve stability.
Crash reports may include technical information such as:
- device model,
- Android version,
- app version,
- crash time,
- crash logs,
- stack traces,
- diagnostic information,
- installation or crash report identifiers.
Crashlytics is not used to upload your photos or videos.
Crash reporting data is processed by Firebase / Google according to Google’s applicable policies and retention practices.
Requesting deletion assistance
Because PicToss does not have user accounts or a Ten of Clubs Studio server database, in most cases there is no server-side PicToss account data for us to delete.
However, you can contact us if you have questions about data deletion at support@tenofclubs.dev.
Please include:
- your question,
- your device model,
- Android version,
- PicToss app version,
- whether your request concerns local data, purchases, ads, or crash reports.
Please do not send:
- full payment card details,
- passwords,
- private photos,
- private videos,
- unnecessary sensitive information.
If your request concerns data processed by Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, or RevenueCat, we may direct you to the appropriate provider or privacy tools, for example Google privacy tools, Firebase Privacy & Security, or the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
How to cancel a subscription
Deleting your data, clearing app data, or uninstalling PicToss does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel a PicToss subscription, you must use Google Play.
In general, subscription management is available through your Google Play account settings.
After cancellation, you may continue to have Premium access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds are handled through Google Play according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
What happens after deleting local app data
If you clear PicToss app data or uninstall the app:
- your local PicToss settings may be removed,
- local review history may be removed,
- local trash list information may be removed,
- local statistics may be removed,
- cached thumbnails may be removed,
- local Premium state may be removed.
Your photos and videos are not deleted simply because you clear PicToss data or uninstall PicToss.
Photos and videos are deleted only when you choose to delete them and confirm deletion through the app and Android system mechanisms.
Restoring Premium after data deletion
If you clear app data, reinstall PicToss, or change devices, you may need to restore Premium.
Restoring Premium may require:
- an internet connection,
- Google Play services,
- the same Google account used for purchase,
- successful verification through Google Play,
- successful verification through RevenueCat.
If Premium does not restore correctly, contact us at support@tenofclubs.dev. Do not send full payment card details.
Children’s data
PicToss is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not create user accounts.
We do not knowingly store children’s personal data on Ten of Clubs Studio servers through PicToss.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service connected to PicToss, contact us and we will try to help direct you to the appropriate provider.
Future changes
PicToss is currently designed as a local-first app with no Ten of Clubs Studio backend, no user accounts, and no cloud sync.
If this changes in the future, for example if PicToss adds accounts, cloud sync, or server-side storage, we will update this Data Deletion page and the PicToss Privacy Policy.
We will also update the “Last updated” date.
